How does it work?
You decide on the amount and frequency of payment that you wish to make.
The amount can be any multiple of £3.00. The frequency can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, etc.
Example 1
You decide to pay £3.00 every month.
Within 2 weeks from signing up to the service you will receive an e-mail with one of your ancestors details along with a request for the next payment of £3.00.
On receipt of this payment we will conduct research on the next ancestor in line. At the end of the month you will receive a further e-mail with the second ancestors details and request for the next payment.
This will continue until either:
1) The outline chart is complete.
2) You decide to stop.
3) No further records can be found.
Example 2
You decide to pay £6.00 every 2 weeks.
Within 2 weeks from signing up to the service you will receive an e-mail with two of your ancestors details along with a request for the next payment of £6.00.
On receipt of this payment we will conduct research on the next two ancestors in line. At the end of two weeks you will receive a further e-mail with the second two ancestors details and request for the next payment.
This will continue until either:
1) The outline chart is complete.
2) You decide to stop.
3) No further records can be found.
What details will I receive?
It is expected that as a minimum for each payment of £3.00 you will receive Birth, Marriage and Death details for one ancestor.
You will also receive any other information found during the course of the research. This will vary, but may include occupations, addresses of where your ancestor lived, etc.
At the completion of each generation you will also receive an updated copy of the pedigree chart.
As detailed in the outline package this will not include certificate copies.
What if no details are found for one of my ancestors?
In the event that no details or few details are found then you will receive details on the next ancestor in line.
In the event that no further records are available to allow any further research then you will receive the outline pedigree chart completed up to that point.
